The more programs that are installed on the computer, the more time needed to start the computer or shutdown. Sometimes there were services being stubborn at the time off, causing shutdown takes longer.
Here are tips to ease your shutdown by reducing the windows tolerance shutdown to kill the services time out.
1. Access Registry editor

2. Click Start, Run, type regedit - Enter.
If the User Account Control appears click Continue.

3. Search this key :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control


4. Look for key : WaitToKillServiceTimeout in the right windows.

5. Double click the key and change the data value from 20000 to 1000.
Click Ok, close the registry editor & Restart your computer.
