HD Audio Bus Driver Failed to load: 0xE0000227, Realtek

When installing a Realtek HD Audio Driver you may get the following error : 0xE0000227.

I have experianced this problem on a brand new Shuttle XPC SG33G5M Delux using the supplied Drivers CD and latest versions from the Shuttle site.
The machinei had built was a fresh build of XP SP2 with SP3 loaded after, drivers then followed which is when the problem occured.

To solve do the following

Go to Device Manager/Device Drivers

Disable 'Microsoft UAA bus driver for High Definition Audio'
Uninstall UAA bus driver

Install realtek driver, probably best to get the latest version.

Reboot

All will then be well in the land of HD Audio...
