Dyfed-Powys Police said the pair were arrested under the Data Protection Act as part of a joint investigation with the Information Commissioner's Office. The man, aged 27, and woman, aged 30, are due to appear in Nottingham Magistrates Court on September 1. The far-right BNP called for a police investigation last November after the names, addresses and contact details of some 10,000 of its members were published online. Party leader Nick Griffin lodged a complaint with Dyfed-Powys, his local force, on the grounds that publishing the list breached human rights and data protection laws.
