Online fraud is at an all-time high, new figures from CPP show. More than seven in ten Britons have received phishing emails in their inboxes and a similar proportion have been sent emails asking for money. Meanwhile, two-thirds have been sent emails that claim they have won a competition - only to have their personal details stolen when they click on the link. 'Cyber criminals now operate in very sophisticated ways,' explained Michael Lynch, an identity fraud expert at CPP.
