So how best do we manage the need to report abuse in varying forms - cyber bullying, email harassment, viruses, harmful content, mobile problems? Should we all make sure that our organisations provide a "report abuse" button? That's the premise of this latest blog..... The Child Exploitation Online (CEOP) has a "Report abuse" button on its home page and this prompted a colleague of mine to ask the question as to whether we (the ISAF) could recommend that every webiste that might be visited by an ordinary consumer including social networks, gaming, e-commerce etc should have a clear routine for contact/feedback which includes instructions on how to report problems (abuse, impersonation, fraud etc).
